ZEST (Zocular Eyelid System Treatment) is a gentle, non-invasive eyelid cleansing procedure using an okra-derived gel and specialist applicators.
The treatment removes oil, debris and biofilm from the eyelid margins, helping support the oil glands that stabilise the tear film.

A comfortable in-practice procedure
The clinician applies the plant-based cleansing gel to closed eyelids, then gently works along the lid margins before completing the cleanse. The appointment is non-invasive and usually takes around 10 to 20 minutes.

ZEST is normally one part of a personalised dry-eye or eyelid-care plan. Your clinician may also recommend an at-home routine and review interval based on your symptoms and findings.
