Share any approval letter, guarantee of payment or required forms with the practice before you travel where possible.

Tell us how long you will be in London and what you need so examinations, dispensing and realistic collection timing can be coordinated.

Bring passport or photo ID, scheme documents, current glasses and any prescription, referral or eye-health records that may help.

Depending on clinical need and available time, the team can coordinate eye examinations, diagnostic testing, contact lens care, frame selection and lens dispensing. Bespoke or complex lenses may need additional production time.
