Before your visit

A simple four-step check.

    Check your cover

    Ask your insurer or employer which eye tests, lenses, frames or treatments are included and whether pre-authorisation is required.

  2. 02

    Tell us when booking

    Share the provider name, scheme details and the care you need so the team can explain what to send or bring.

  3. 03

    Bring your documents

    Bring membership or employee details, authorisation, photo ID and any current prescription or clinical information.

  4. 04

    Confirm the claim route

    Where authorised direct settlement is available we will explain it; otherwise we can provide an itemised receipt for an eligible claim.

Corporate eyecare

Practical support for employees and employers.

We can support eligible employees using approved workplace eye-test or optical benefits. Individuals should bring their voucher or authorisation; employers arranging wider support can contact the practice to discuss requirements and appointment planning.
